Creating a website can be a very satisfying task. However, retyping or tweaking the same old code over and over can get very monotonous.

Copy And Paste is a repository of code snippets. Primarilary covering (X)HTML and CSS, this site will save you time and let you focus on the fun things like designing and creating killer content.

No fancy effects here

If you're after fancy AJAX, DHTML or server side code, you won't find it here. This is very much about 'bread and butter' code - skeleton XHTML templates, CSS files and filler content.

All snippets are either open source or in the public domain. We don't insist on a backlink (though would be greatly appreciated), and we don't mind if you use the code in commercial projects.

To be frank, we'd be surprised if any of the code here is new to a professional designer; this site only exists to help you save time.
